Once you are logged in, you will see a listing of entries for PhD programs, publications, and grants associated with your institution.  The Edit button retrieves the form with your data as entered, where you can make changes.  The delete button will delete that entry.  Your will be asked once if you are sure.  If you confirm, the data cannot be retrieved.  You will need to re-enter.  For each list, there is an also an option to add an entry.  This will take you to the respective data entry form.
